With fewer people qualifying for loans, unless some banks decide to loosen the reins just a little bit, it would seem that borrowers will still have a hard time buying homes. We hope not, as we’re expecting the overall economy to continue growing so that more people whose credit wasn’t destroyed over the last few years will have an opportunity to buy a new home.
